2. Products and Custom Orders

Many of our products are made to order, including printed apparel and personalized merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, color selections, spelling, names, and personalization details before submitting an order.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and production processes.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received and confirmed before an order enters production or is shipped.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App.

Orders paid through manual payment methods will not enter production until payment has been verified.

We reserve the right to contact customers regarding incomplete, inaccurate, or potentially fraudulent orders and to decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

4. Custom Designs and Customer-Submitted Content

Customers submitting names, photographs, artwork, logos, or other content for customization confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.

We may decline requests involving unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

Customers are responsible for confirming that submitted customization information is correct.

5. Production and Fulfillment

Many products are produced after an order is placed.

We may work with third-party production and fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand providers, to manufacture and ship merchandise.

Production times vary depending on the product, order volume, customization requirements, and fulfillment partner.

Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible non-personalized merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, and designated final-sale merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or incorrect customer-selected size.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

8. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

However, custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun, even if the request is submitted within that period.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Dee Dee's Crafty Creations.
